Is there a command that will allow me to change the mouse or touch sensitivity?

You can change some tolerances related to how easy it is to pick points and curves here:

1. Select Tools-Options
   
2. Select the Display tab
   

You'll find some settings towards the top right.

Sorry, I meant as in when I'm moving or rotating the scene. At times when I need to zoom in and look at a model, the speed at which the view rotates is too fast.

This is currently not possible but we'll try to add setting for it and expose it through the API in a timely manner.

We just improved RoboDK to allow configuring the rotation and zoom speed. You can enter a percentage ratio here:

1. Select Tools-Options
   
2. Select the Display tab
   
3. Enter the desired Rotation speed and Zoom speed as a percentage.
